aware workshop
On Friday, 10th of November as part of Well being week we did a work shop. This was the aware mental health programme. We were given a booklet. The main thing we focused on was the coping triangle and how to implement it to deal with depression. Firstly you think of your thoughts on the matter. You then pick out your feelings. Then you think of actions for solving it and how to prevent it from happening again. When discussed how to identify depression and bipolar. Overall I enjoyed it and think its very helpful for mental health.
